SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Our aim is to dispatch your order to you within 2-4 days from our site. But depending on when you order the item e.g. over a weekend this could take up to 5 days.

Our Free Standard Delivery option is using the Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery service. Once it has been dispatched from our warehouse you should expect to receive your order within 3 to 5 working days.

 

We can offer a quicker delivery if needed via Royal Mail 1st Class but you would need to request this specifically with us via email info@jazinspiredfragrances.co.uk but please note there is an additional charge for this of £5. If your order is for a large number of bottles, depending on the size and weight this cost could be higher, but we will confirm this with you directly.

 

If you order hasn’t arrived, and it’s been more than 5 working days after it was dispatched then please contact us directly so we can look into this for you.

RETURNS, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Once you’ve received your item/s you have 15 days to request a return as we have a 15 day return policy.

It you request a return, to be eligible for a refund your item/s must be in the same condition you received it. This means it must be unused and it it’s original packaging. Your receipt will also need to be included in with your return parcel as proof of purchase.

 

If you need to request a return from us, you need to email us at info@jazinspiredfragrances.co.uk stating the reason for the return. Once we’ve received your request and if accepted, we’ll then send you instructions on how to return your package to us.

 

We will not accept any returns if you haven’t contacted us first to request one.

DAMAGES & ISSUES:

As soon as you receive your parcel from us please check it and contact us straight away if there are any issues e.g. the item has been damaged in transit, is defective or if you receive the wrong item so we can look at this for you immediately, address any issues and put them right.

 

 

EXCHANGES:
 

The best way to make sure you get what you want is to request to return the item you’ve received and once the return is accepted then purchase the new item.


 

REFUNDS:
 

As soon as we receive your return and inspected it, we will let you know directly if your refund was approved. If the refund is approved, then your refund will be made automatically to your original payment method.

Please note that sometimes it can take time for your credit card company or bank to process the refund for you and for it to show. Unfortunately, this is something that we have no control over.
